Return Policies
York Jumps is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund.  All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. Any item(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge to customer. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable
  • A 20% Restocking Fee applies on returns or exchanges (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear).
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from York Jumps is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.  All items will be shipped insured.
